RasterScope, the app, does not collect any data and does not contain any analytics or tracking software. It does not connect to the internet either.
If you contact us by email for support, we use your email address and message content only to provide you support. No information is shared with third parties.

This website uses Matomo, a web analytics tool hosted on our own servers, to collect anonymous visit statistics such as pages viewed, referring sites, links clicked, browser, operating system, screen resolution and approximate location. Matomo is configured not to use cookies and the data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.

Simularia s.r.l., based in Italy, is the data controller for this processing. Support correspondence and website statistics are handled under our legitimate interest in providing customer support and improving this website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (the Italian supervisory authority) or your local data protection authority.
